Another day, another Dark Knight Rises poster. It's decent. But I don't get the use of Bane's mask as some sort of fiery icon. At the IMAX preview screening last year they were passing out t shirts with this image and I find it just baffling. The Bane grill as an icon is hard to focus on. And just sorta ugly.
Still, I am extremely excited to see this movie now. I need something to equal my Avengers glee and I hope The Dark Knight Rises can match that level of enthusiasm even if it's gonna be a much more emotionally devastating film. That's the hope anyway...
